how can i make a flash-site ?

U need to download the programms. For example Adobe Flash CS3

Macomedia Flash or somethink like this.
Or use programms for noobs. U enter name of site and navigathion and all. But if u wanna to get the nice site witch beutifull effects u need to learn the professional programms.

U want a flash-site? Just draw UI. If u have a menu, put all section at various frames, then associate all buttons with frame - add simple script:
gotoAndStop("frame");
