Случайно рыская по инету наткнулся. Простенькая без БД.

Просто делаем дерево из папок с картинками. Заливаем на сервер и все работает.
На каждую папку можно поставить свой банер/описание в файликах _desc.txt _banner.txt
или глобальный баннер (ставить в корне сайта).

Ватермарки, поддержка Paypal и т.д.
