Определение ссылок youtube

Здравствуйте, требуется помощь.
1. Из базы выбирается текст (допустим, $text)
2. С помощью preg_match отыскиваем ссылки youtube

3. Нужно сделать так, "текст который был <a href="тут ссылка">показать видео</a> текст который был"
