Помощь Шаблоны в IE

Всем здраствуйте, подскажите как наладить шаблон для отображения в IE 7,6 в IE 8 работает отлично, опера и мазила тоже.

Если честно несовсем понял как работать с этими хаками. Нужно создать файл а потом его подключить? я правильно понял? Можно ли этими хаками решить такие проблему как: 1. А ИЕ помннялись местами правый и левый блок. 2. Тот блок который был слева а щас справа, стоит польностью вверху, наложен поверх лого.

Кстати оказывается что в старой одной опере тоже так отобржается как в ИЕ 5-7, косо

Нашел из-за чего именно искажат это из-за стиля header, если его убрать то один блок налазит на второй немного и выглядывает, если оставить то неправильно в некоторых, кто может подсказать
