По твоему необходимо самому использовать и знать нуллера лично, чтобы знать что это нуль?
Мне известно то, что написано в посте, я не знаю какие там штуки есть, а каких нет. Это нуль.

WordPress Plugin Install Instructions:

2. Copy the /livehelp/plugins/wordpress/livehelp/ directory to your wp-content/plugins/ directory

3. The plugin directory should now be located at wp-content/plugins/livehelp/

4. Activate the Live Help plugin at WordPress Administration > Plugins > Installed

5. Add the Live Help widget to your template at WordPress Administration > Appearance > Widgets

6. Finished

If you wish to use the Live Help WordPress shortcode within your blog posts then you can type the following in your blog post:

[livehelp]

The above WordPress shortcode will display the Live Chat button.

Joomla Module Install Instructions:
