Как установить Shop-script на Denwer?

Как установить Shop-script на Denwer или ещё на какой-нибудь локальный хост? При моей попытке установить Shop-script на Denwer выводятся следующие ошибки:

обычно этот нотайс вылезает на PHP 5.3
можно в php.ini подредактировать

display_errors = Off

error_reporting = E_NONE

Действительно, у меня PHP 5.3. Пока что сделал следующее: скачал и установил новенький Денвер с дополнением PHP 5, активировал Pear, скачал Shop-Script v.281 из поста №10 по адресу Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся. После этого все ошибки исчезли. Осталась только одна:

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in Z:\home\localhost\www\site\kernel\includes\safehtml.php on line 612

В файле safehtml.php в строках 611-612 написано:

// Instantiate the parser
$parser=& new XML_HTMLSax3();

Помогите разобраться в чём проблема. Один из пользователей сказал мне следующее: "По идее это просто уведомление о том, что приведенный там синтаксис является устаревшим. Можно просто изменить display_errors на off, чтобы оно не отображалось". Согласны ли вы с этим?
