Помощь Description Keywords в полной новости

Вот нашел engine/modules/functions.php

Теперь надо текст вписать вокруг Description Keywords но как его не тыкаю постоянно или ошибка или не работает
Кто подскажет как вопхнуть текст вокруг Description и Keywords тут ?

так кто знает как сюда можно впаять текст который будет только в полной новости ?
