base64 туда сюда - чем?

Подскажите чем можно кодировать/декодировать base64 ?
К примеру вот код из футера темы вордпресса, псц подвал в демке норм отображается а когда поставил так обнаружился лишний div да и линки лишние ни к чему там =)

Можно перекопировать сорс паги из броузера но какие гарантии что в басэ64 не закрыты пхп коды касаемые другой части шаблона. :)

Всё декодируется в 2-а тычка, а в примере не только base64, но ещё и gzinflate.
Кстати, приведённый вариант свмый убогий, есть и похитрее.

причем тут дефлейт. человеку нужно изменить текст что закодирован в base64_decode - из функции берет текст, декодит правит энкодит и ставит обратно
 
а если его вообще тебе убрать? разве он там нужен? обычно в футере я такие вещи убираю и нормально работают шаблоны.

В примере внутри base64 не текст
Прежде чем умничать, сам сделать попробуй. :p
 
попробуй заменить eval на echo, должно вывести раскодированый текст. :)
